Freya

Freya (In Old Norse Freyja, meaning “Lady”)  is one of the preeminent goddesses in Norse mythology. She is famous for her fondness for love, fertility, beauty, and fine material possessions. Through her practice of seider (Norse magic), she brought  the art to first the gods then humans. Freya presides over the afterlife realm Folkvang, to which she brings the most fierce and heroic warriors slain in battle. Her knowledge and power extend to controlling the desires, health, and prosperity of all.
